	The Heart to Heart Story 1 out of every 100 babies is born with a congenital heart defect. In countries like the United States, treatment is readily available, but that’s not the case in countries like Russia. This piece follows Heart to Heart’s doctors as they work to improve pediatric cardiac care in Samara, Russia, through training and empowering local doctors.
